Dedicated T1 or PRI Toll Free service

Toll Free numbers can terminate on long distance only T1/ PRI's or on local service T1/PRI's.  The T1's or PRI's can be one-way, inbound only facilities or two-way facilities that allow incoming and outgoing calls. A local service T1/PRI is a switched service so, just like POTS lines, you pay more when you route a Toll Free number to a local service T1 or PRI because your local telephone company is taking a cut for passing the call through their local service switch.  However, some Competitive Local Exchange Carriers (CLEC's) will offer rates on local T1's or PRI's that are almost the same as long distance only T1/PRI's.  'Competitive' is the keyword.  Most Incumbent Local Exchange Carriers (ILEC's) won't give any break on the switching fees built in to total price per minute.

Local service T1/PRI's generally offer flat rate TF plans that can currently get as low as around $0.016 cents per minute depending on the carrier and calling volume.  The rates on a long distance only T1/PRI's are offered in several different ways.  Flat rate TF can start as low as around $0.013 cents per minute interstate.  There are also rate decks that are based on the npa-nxx (area code + 3) the call is originating from.  An npa-nxx deck is for high volume users such as call centers and can cost less on average.  Monthly fees per toll free number range from $0.75 per month and up, but we can often offer much better monthly fees to customers with many numbers.  Call us for TF 800 service quotes.
